Miss Monogram, LLC agrees to:
- Provide to the undersigned brand rep a coupon code for 30% off purchases at MissMonogramKids.com for the duration of their brand rep term; this code may not be combined with any other offers; this code is for the brand rep’s personal purchases and may not be shared; this code is not valid towards etsy purchases
- Designate a bi-weekly posting day on which the rep is required to share their own photo featuring a Miss Monogram Kids product on Instagram and tag @MissMonogramKids
- Designate a weekly interaction day on which the rep is required to like and comment on 5 of the most recent posts on the Miss Monogram Kids Instagram account and 5 of the most recent Instagram posts in which @MissMonogramKids has been tagged
The undersigned brand rep agrees to:
- Post a photo featuring a Miss Monogram Kids product on their own Instagram feed or reels (NOT stories) and tag @MissMonogramKids once every two weeks on a day specified by Miss Monogram, LLC. Photos must be clear and professional looking, with the primary focus on the Miss Monogram Kids product. Either your child modeling the product or a styled flatlay of the product satisfies this requirement.
- Once per week on the rep’s assigned interaction day, like & comment on at least the 5 most recent posts on the Miss Monogram Kids Instagram account and the 5 most recent Instagram posts in which @MissMonogramKids was tagged
- Post marketing materials specified by Miss Monogram Kids or share specific marketing posts made by Miss Monogram Kids on designated days throughout the term to the rep’s personal Instagram feed and/or stories
- Maintain a positive attitude when representing Miss Monogram Kids
- Communicate in writing with Katie@MissMonogramKids.com if there is a time/circumstance with which the rep cannot comply
- Not disclose information outside the Instagram brand rep chat group created by Miss Monogram Kids about products, potential design ideas, details of the Miss Monogram Kids brand rep program or any other information that Miss Monogram, LLC deems to be proprietary
- Refrain from recommending other monogramming businesses on the Miss Monogram Kids Instagram page or on any other social media accounts or groups managed by Miss Monogram, LLC
This brand rep agreement shall be valid from July 1, 2024 until October 31, 2024. Upon expiration of the term, all coupon codes will be cancelled and all brand rep privileges will expire. Should the brand rep apply for an be accepted for another brand rep term, another Brand Rep Agreement must be signed.
Miss Monogram, LLC reserves the right to cancel the brand rep agreement at any time, for any or no reason, by sending notice via email to the email address listed at the end of this agreement. The undersigned brand rep may terminate this agreement at any time, for any or no reason, by sending notice via email to Katie@MissMonogramKids.
The brand rep may, at their sole discretion, submit photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media, depicting the brand rep or the brand rep’s minor child, along with personal identifying information of Representative or Representative’s minor child to Miss Monogram, LLC.
The undersigned brand rep hereby authorizes Miss Monogram, LLC to publish the photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or other media submitted by me, containing me and/or the undersigned minor child, and our names and social media handle for use for promotional/advertising purposes in print production, email, social media, and website.
I release Miss Monogram, LLC from any expectation of confidentiality for the undersigned minor child and myself and attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child listed below and that I have the authority to authorize Miss Monogram, LLC to use their photographs, videos, audio recordings, other media, names and images.
I acknowledge that since participation in publications and websites produced by Miss Monogram, LLC is voluntary, neither the minor child nor I will receive financial compensation.
I further agree that participation in any publication, email, social media accounts and website produced by Miss Monogram, LLC confers no rights of ownership whatsoever. I release Miss Monogram, LLC, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the undersigned minor child.
I agree that under no circumstances is Miss Monogram, LLC to be held liable for any damages, whether direct or indirect, resulting from this Agreement or the Brand Rep Program, including any losses, injuries or medical ailments, and Miss Monogram, LLC expressly excludes such liability to the fullest extent of the law. I agree at all times to indemnify, defend and hold Miss Monogram, LLC and its team members, agents, affiliates, and other parties associated with Miss Monogram, LLC, harmless from any actions, losses, damages or expenses, as well as third party claims, including attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Brand Rep Program.
Miss Monogram, LLC reserves the right to modify the rules governing the Brand Rep Program at any time. All brand reps will be notified in writing of any changes via email. Brand reps will have the opportunity to accept or reject the changes within ten (10) business days. If a brand rep does not respond, Miss Monogram, LLC will presume the changes are accepted. If the brand rep rejects the changes, this contract will automatically terminate and all rights associated with the brand rep program will be immediately revoked.
If any term of this Agreement is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
