Monograms should be entered in the exact order that you would like them stitched. For example, Mary Jane Smith would be entered MSJ. The middle letter will be stitched larger than the other two, unless you request otherwise.
Names should also be entered eXaCtLy as you'd like them stitched, including capitalization.
