Please send your monogram to use in the exact order that you would like it stitched (First, LAST, Middle). We will make the center letter larger than the other two. For example, the monogram for Sarah Jane Kennedy should be entered as SKJ.

The only exception to this is polo shirts for boys where the letters are all the same size and in First, Middle, Last order. In this case, we will ask for the child's full name and will be sure to order the monogram correctly for you.

Yes, absolutely!! Please enter names eXaCtLy as you'd like them stitched. We will stitch them with the same capitalization that enter when placing your order.

The only exception to this is a few specialty fonts that are made of all uppercase letters (like the Shadow font) or all lowercase letters (like the Eloise font). If this applies to the item you're ordering, it will be noted in the personalization section on that individual product.

Standard production time is 5 business days; large orders may require an additional production day. That means it generally takes 5 business days + shipping time for you to receive your item(s).  Please note that if all personalization info isn't included at the time that you place your order, your production time will likely be delayed.  

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm EST; Miss Monogram is closed on weekends and US bank holidays. Orders received after 5 pm EST, on weekends or on bank holidays will be processed the following business day and will ship 5 business days after that.

Yes!! During checkout, you will have the option to add rush production to your order for an additional $15 fee. With rush production, your order will be moved to the front of the production line; rush orders will be produced in the order that they are received ahead of orders with standard production. Rush production orders are guaranteed to ship within 3 business days. 

Should you need to make a change to your order after it has been placed, please email me immediately at Changes can only be made up until the point that production on an item begins. Once production has begun, it is impossible to make further changes.

Yes, you may choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. There are several expedited methods available.

If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting either UPS Next Day Air Service or USPS Express Mail. If you choose one of these services and your package is not delivered on time, you will be eligible for a shipping refund. 

Due to COVID-19, neither UPS nor the USPS currently guarantee their delivery times, with the exception of UPS Next Day Air and USPS Express Mail. If you select a shipping service other than UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express Mail, actual delivery times will likely be longer than the usual estimated times. We are unable to offer refunds due to a package being delivered late as the time it takes USPS and UPS to deliver a package is completely beyond our control.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via the least expensive shipping service, typically USPS First Class Mail. If you need your order faster than the 5-7 business days that First Class Mail typically takes, be sure to select a different shipping method at checkout.

Should you wish to cancel an order, please email me at as soon as possible.  Cancellations are accepted only until production has begun. Once production begins, it is no longer possible to cancel or refund an
order. Returns will not be accepted. Please understand that this policy is in place because personalized items cannot be resold. Of course, if your item is defective, I will gladly replace it.


It depends on when you placed your order. If you placed your order by the 10th of the month, you'll receive your first box THIS month. Boxes typically ship between the 10th and the 15th.

If you ordered on the 11th or later, your box will ship between the 10th and the 15th NEXT month.

Changes made will go into effect for all UNBILLED orders. It will NOT change the size for months that have already been paid.

If you need to change the size for an order that HAS already been charged, email me asap at If we haven't already stitched your bloomers, it's not too late to change the size. But if they've already been stitched, changes won't go into effect until next month.
