How to cancel my subscription

Don't worry, we get it. Sometimes you need to take a break. We will welcome you back at any time.
Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:

How to Cancel Using a Phone

1. Log in to your Miss Monogram account. If you haven't created an account yet, you'll need to create one before going any further. PLEASE NOTE that placing an order or having a subscription does not automatically create an account for you; you'll still need to create an account and select a password by clicking the button below.

2. Scroll ALL the way to the bottom of the page and tap the "Manage Subscriptions" link underneath your account details

 

3. Scroll down to the very bottom to "Cancel Subscription" and click the arrow to expand the the section.

 

4. Tap the red "Cancel Subscription" link. Then tap it a second time to confirm.

 

 

5. Look for the green box to confirm that your subscription was cancelled.

 

 

 

Making Updates using a Computer

1. Log in to your Miss Monogram account.
