How to Update Your Subscription Payment
1. Log in to your account at Miss Monogram Kids. Be sure to use the same email address that you used when you initially signed up for the subscription.
2. Click the "Manage Subscriptions" button at the top of the screen, just above the yellow box.
3. Scroll the list to find the Active subscription that you'd like to update, then click/tap See More Details.
4. Scroll to the Payment Details section and click/tap Edit
5. In the pop-up select whether you'd like to update your current payment method (update the expiration date, change the billing address, etc.) or select a new payment method. Then tap/click the Send Email button.
6. Check your email for a message with the subject line "Update your payment method for Miss Monogram" and click the link in that email. You'll then be redirected to a secure area of the website where you can update/change your card and/or your billing address.
7. Once you have saved your changes, you will see a green box towards the top of the screen to verify that your updates were successfully saved.
