COMMON SUBSCRIPTION QUESTIONS
It depends on when you placed your order.
If you placed your BLOOMER BOX order on or before the 20th of the month, you'll receive your first box THIS month. Boxes typically ship between the 10th and the 15th.
If you placed your BLOOMER BOX order on the 21st or later, your box will ship between the 10th and the 15th NEXT month.
If you placed your TSHIRT CLUB order on or before the 25th of the month, you'll receive your first shipment THIS month. TShirts typically ship between the 15th and the 20th.
If you placed your TSHIRT CLUB order on the 26th or later, your box will ship between the 15th and the 20th NEXT month.

Your change will go into effect the next time you are charged.
If you change your size AFTER your monthly charge goes through, your change will NOT go into effect automatically for your current order that is in production. It will be applied to the next order that is charged.
If you'd like to change the size on an order that is already in production, please contact us immediately. If we haven't already stitched your order, we'll be happy to switch the size manually for you.
No, we don't automatically size up for you. We have found that, since children grow at different rates, it's better to allow you to log in and change your size whenever your child is ready.

To create an account and select your password, please CLICK HERE. (Please note that having an active subscription does not mean that you also have an account; you will still need to create one and select a password.)
If you have previously set-up your account, CLICK HERE to log in.
Once you're logged in, click the "Manage Subscription" link to update all of your information. That link is to the right side of the screen on a computer or at the very BOTTOM of the page on a phone.
No, the surprise is a big part of the subscription fun so we don't reveal the designs in advance.
We understand that surprises aren't for everyone and that's totally ok!! If you prefer to pick your designs, we recommend making your choice from the website offerings and avoiding the subscriptions.

Yes, we're happy to hold your first shipment for you!! Just leave us a note in the box at checkout telling us the month you'd like to start. You won't be charged again until after that first shipment is mailed.

Cancellations will go into effect for all UNBILLED orders. It is not possible to cancel for a month that has already been charged.
