How the Gift Subscription Works

Subscription boxes ship monthly, typically between the 10th and the 15th or the month.

When you place your order, you will specify the number of months that you would like to send your gift; one box will be sent each month for the total number of months that you purchase. Your subscription will NOT renew and you will not be charged again after your initial order.

The order cut-off is the 20th of the month. That means that if you place your order on or before the 20th of the month, your first box will be sent that same month. If you place your order on the 21st of the month or later, your first box will be sent the following month. 

For example: If you sign up on May 19 (which is before the cut off on the 20th of the month), you will be charged on that same day and your first box will be sent in May.

If you sign up on May 22 (which is after the cut off on the 20th of the month), you will be charged on that same day and your first box will be sent between the 10th and the 15th of June.

If you or the child's parent would like to update the bloomer size and/or bow style (if applicable), please reach out to us as soon as possible. If we haven't started the production of your box yet, we will be happy to put your change into effect immediately. If we have already started production on your box for that month, changes will go into effect the following month.

All sales for subscription boxes are final. Once you have placed your order, we are unable to cancel your subscription or issue a refund for all or part of the subscription purchase.
