We'd love to send you a bow with your bloomers!! Just follow these steps:
PLEASE NOTE that you can only update your subscription from a desktop computer, laptop computer or a tablet running Google Chrome. It is NOT possible to update your subscription from a phone at this time.
1. Log in to your Miss Monogram account. If you haven't created an account yet, you'll need to create one before going any further. PLEASE NOTE that placing an order or having a subscription does not automatically create an account for you; you'll still need to create an account and select a password by clicking the button below.
If you already have an account and password set up, you can login here:
2. Click the blue Manage Subscription button.
3. Scroll down to "Products in my subscription." Click the arrow to expand the the section, then click "Swap Product."
4. Choose the bloomer size and bow style that you'd like from from the Bloomer + Bow Box dropdown menu, then click "Select Product."
5. Click OK in the dialog box that comes up.
6. That's it!! Your change will go into effect the next time you are charged. If you need to add a bow to an order that has already been charged but has not yet been produced, please contact us.
7. PLEASE NOTE that if the price of the subscription has changed since you placed your original order, I may need to upgrade your subscription manually to avoid you being charge too much for the upgrade. Please email me and I'll be happy to change it for you.
