How to skip a month

Need to skip a month of bloomers? No problem!! Just follow these steps.

Making Updates using a Phone

1. Log in to your Miss Monogram account. If you haven't created an account yet, you'll need to create one before going any further. PLEASE NOTE that placing an order or having a subscription does not automatically create an account for you; you'll still need to create an account and select a password by clicking the button below.

2. Scroll ALL the way to the bottom of the page and tap the "Manage Subscriptions" link underneath your account details

 

3. Scroll down to the "Manage upcoming orders" section and click the arrow to expand the the section. Then click on the "Skip Shipment" button underneath the month you'd like to skip.

 

 

4. Click "OK" to confirm your choice when the confirmation box pops up. Look for the green box to confirm that your changes were applied.

 

 

5. PLEASE NOTE that if you have a discount code applied to your subscription, you may not be able to make updates on your own. We will need to change it for you. Please email us and we'll be happy to make your updates.
