How to update your bloomer size or bow style

Switching your bloomer size and changing a bow is easy!! Just follow these steps.

Making Updates using a Phone

1. Log in to your Miss Monogram account. If you haven't created an account yet, you'll need to create one before going any further. PLEASE NOTE that placing an order or having a subscription does not automatically create an account for you; you'll still need to create an account and select a password by clicking the button below.

2. Scroll ALL the way to the bottom of the page and tap the "Manage Subscriptions" link underneath your account details

 

3. Scroll down to "Products in my subscription"  and click the arrow to expand the the section.

 

4. Tap the blue "Swap Product" link.

 

IF YOU DON'T SEE A SWAP PRODUCT LINK, tap the Save button and it should appear.

5. You will have the option to choose from The Bloomer Box (the first one in the list) OR The Bloomer + Bow Box (the second one in the list). Be sure you're selecting the product that you want!!

Select the size and bow style (if applicable) that you want from the drop down list, tap the blue "Select Product" link directly underneath that dropdown menu. 

 

6. Click "OK" to confirm your choice.

 

7. Look for the green box to confirm that your changes were applied.

 

8. That's it!! Your change will go into effect the next time you are charged.

Boxes are charged on the 25th of each month for the next month's box. If you change your size BEFORE your charge goes through (your change was made between the 15th and the 24th), your size change will go into effect for your next box.

If you change your size AFTER your charge goes through (your change was made between the 25th and the 14th), your change will NOT go into effect automatically for your current order that is in production. It will be applied to the next order that is charged.

If you'd like to change the size on an order that is already in production (your change was made between the 25th and the 14th), please contact us immediately. If we haven't already stitched your order, we'll be happy to switch the size manually for you.

 

9. PLEASE NOTE that if you have a discount code applied to your subscription, you won't be able to make updates to your size on your own. We will need to change it for you. Please email us and we'll be happy to make your updates.

3. Scroll down to "Products in my subscription"  and click the arrow to expand the the section.

 

4. Tap the blue "Swap Product" link.
